Khador goes first.
Deployment :
Elias Gade prey at Widowmaker Scouts.
Vladimir and Forge Seers gave few Focus to Jacks.
He also cast Signs & Portens + FEAT.
Destroyers started to shot towards Errants.
It surprised me a bit, but my opponent’s plan was successful.
I lost 3 Errants on the left side and 4 Errants on the right side.
Deviations were really OK…
Vindictus cast Penitence on right Errants.
He also cast Def Ward on left Errants + FEAT.
Rhupert gave Tough to right Errants.
Choir said Passage.
End of 1st round :
Eiryss, Yuri and Marksman ran deep into my army.
Destroyers stared to target these models.
Of course they missed, but blasts killed a lot of my infantry.
Vindictus cast True Path.
Knights and few Errants charged at Khador’s Jacks.
They did a lot of damage, but unfortunately no significant systems were turned off.
Rest of the army took care of Eiryss, Yuri and Marksman.
1-0 on the scenario. (Templar or Devout scored in my zone)
End of 2nd round :
Jacks killed as many of my models as possible.
With Signs & Portens it was not so difficult.
1-1 on the scenario.
Gravus took care of the Widowmakers in the right zone.
Rest of my models just charged at Destroyers to deal as much damage as possible.
I still could not smash any…
2-1 on the scenario.
End of 3rd round :
Damaged Destroyers took care of my models.
Fortunately, most of them did not have the movement system.
So, nobody came to the contest my zone.
3-2 on the scenario.
This turn was the most unlucky for me, of all, which I played in the past.
What was happening on the table was incredible…
Despite the fact, that Destroyers were left on several dmg boxes, I did not succeed in crashing them, again..
Even objective survived on 1 hp.
4-2 on the scenario. (Devout scored in my zone)
End of 4th round :
Khador got rid of my Templar and Gravus.
Vladimir ran to the left zone to score a point.
My army charged at Destroyers again.
This time I finally destroy four of them.
6-4 on the scenario.
End of 5th round :
My opponent finished the previous round with literally 29 seconds on the clock.
He could not do much at the time and switched the clock.
I have to get 3 scenario points to win.
Vindictus charged at Forge Seer in the right zone.
He killed him and stayed in the zone to get a 1st point.
Rhupert charged and destroyed objective – 2nd point.
Devout took care of Destroyer in the Khador’s zone.
He end his activation there, to score a 3rd point.
I won the game 9-4 by scenario.
End of the game :
A few words after game :
- The loss of 7 Errants practically before the start of the game, made this match very difficult for me.
- Signs & Portens is too good 🙁
This spell should have been slightly changed. - Despite the bad luck in dices, I finally managed to win the game.
It was a hard one.
Thanks Shonsu and I am waiting for a rematch!
