Feora3 was lead by Christian Brubakken – one of the best Norway players.
And definitely one of the best PoM players in the world.
Currently, with team Norway Munin, he is the second in the world!
I’m going first.
Deployment :
Elias Gade prey at left Cleansers.
Vindictus cast Def Ward on right Errants and Penitence on left Errants.
Whole army just ran forward.
Feora cast Redline on Sanctifier.
All models have come forward, but stayed outside of my charge ranges.
End of 1st round :
Errants and Elias Gade shot as many Cleansers as they can.
Vindictus cast Admonition on Templar + FEAT.
Choir said Passage.
Sanctifier and HoJ came a little bit closer.
Feora cast Incite.
She also approached the flag.
Cleansers started targeting their own Jacks, to make sprays “hooked” my models.
In this way, I lost a lot of Errants.
Sanctifier and HoJ are immune to fire, so they did not receive any damage.
0-1 on the scenario.
End of 2nd round :
Knights, Devout and Seneschal took care of Sanctifier and HoJ.
Rest of the army managed to clear two zones.
Rhupert ran to the flag.
3-1 on the scenario.
Feora FEAT.
Cavalry and assaulting Cleansers killed a lot of my infantry.
Models that survived were set on fire 🙁
Thanks to Exemplar Seneschal, Christian did not score any point.
Still 3-1 on the scenario.
End of 3rd round :
I managed to get rid of almost the whole cavalry, only 1 model remained.
Choir said Battle, which turned out to be a mistake..
Gravus took care of few Cleansers on the right flank.
Vindictus cast Admonition on himself.
Still 3-1 on the scenario.
Feora cast 3x Molten Metal on Templar, which was enough to destroy him.
The Choir should said Shielding, instead of Battle in the previous turn 🙁
Exemplar Officer bravely survived the attack and she is still contesting the left zone.
Feora scored her flag.
3-2 on the scenario.
End of 4th round :
Unfortunately, Exemplar Officer missed her attacks against two models in the left zone.
It’s a shame, because she would get a point there.
Gravus and Knights cleared the right zone.
4-2 on the scenario.
Flamebringer and Cleanser killed my Exemplar Officer.
Another Cleanser charged at Gravus, but without much success.
4-4 on the scenario.
End of 5th round :
Gravus came to the flag.
Knight ran to contest the Feora’s flag.
Vindictus stayed in the safe place.
5-5 on the scenario.
Christian started to do his things, but time has run out.
I won the game by deathclock.
End of the game :
A few words after game :
- It was a really great game!
We started the game with 90 models on the table!
We finished with 5… - A mistake with the Choir cost me a lot.
Giving Battle to Jacks, I was sure that the Dervish would kill a lot of cavalry.
He should kill 1/2 less models and I will have a “healthy” Templar. - Start-up roll is so important in this match.
The two of us really wanted to start. - Christian, thanks a lot for the game, it was great!
One or two minutes more and you would win.
