It’s jam&spam list, that floods table with infantry, exploits Kallus’ feat and focus on scenerio. It’s a challange to withstand it’s numbers for Arkadius.

Deployment: I win the starting roll and opt to go first. I narrow my deploy by 13,5 inchthreat of his ambush models (grotesques and blightblades).

Turn 1 (Both players)

We both run forward and cast our upkeeps – Ignite on GRaiders and WealdSecrets on War Hog, ForcedEvo on Road Hog and Guardian Beast on Arkadius. Because of hellomuth „placing” not „moving” tentacles I find the last upkeep pretty much useless.

Turn 2 (Both players)

I advance slowly, block hellmouth drags and kill blightbaldes with Gun Boar’s blasts. I put little into opponent’s zones because I want to force his engagement to maximse my feat attacks. My oponent drops first ambush unit (Graiders), Feats on most of his army and promptly score 3 points.

0-3 on scenerio.

Turn 3 (Arkadius)

I am jammed by 3 raiders and 1 tentacle, and by removing two additional models I could land Road Hog and War Hog on Kallus. Not 100% assasination – kalus was 17/18 in melee with Feat and unyielding, but scenerio looks very bad for me. Even if my plan fails I will still drop some models, contest scenerio pieces and score a point. Between Gun Boar, Splatter Boar Road Hog and Wrestler I just don’t make it through 16 def incubi. My two main models this turn – RoadHog and War Hog manage to drop like 3 more models and incubis, but I need toprimal Road Hog. I drop some models outside Kallus’ feat and left only two incubi on field, but it doesn’t feel enough.

1-3 on scenerio

Turn 3 (Kallus)

My oponent seriously damages both Road Hogs with grotesques and Gun Boar with ambushing blightblades, kills War Hog with Hellmouth + Angelius team and contests my zone. Scenerio still 1-3.

Turn 4 (Arkadius)

I kill lot ofgrotesques, and some blightblades, but Wrestler and primaled Road Hog frenzy, so I don’t get to do much work this turn. I think this was the moment when I should commit war hog more – trampling towards hellmouth and possibly killing it. It would be better in upcoming turns for me.

2-3 on Scenerio, I manager to score my zone

Turn 4 (Kallus)

Blightblades finish Gun Boar, Angeliuses kill both Road hogs, and after contesting my zone oponnent scores rest of the scenerio pieces.

2-6 on Scenerio.

Turn 5 (both players)

For my part I trample Wrestler to opponents zone trying to kill hellmouth (just for honor, it woudn’t prevent from scenerio loss) and my War Hog kill Angelii. I run my last contest pieces to zones, but they are pretty fragile. After my turn its 3-6 on Scenerio.

In his turn Kallus use repulsion two times to clear his zone, and hellmouth + grotesqueskill contesting splatter Boar. It ends on 3-8 Scenerio win for Legion. (Picture from after my 5th turn)

I think I made misplans more than mistakes – I should focus on hiding and protecting RoadHogs and try to make assualt + sprint movments. Still on live scenerio it’s very hard to fight vs hellmouths and I have lot to learn in playing this lists. But MU feel playable if I practise it more.

And for goodbye – picture of Arkadius and his (my :D) cat. 😉
