Scenario – Invasion

We both chose “healing objective”.
Robert won the starting roll and he decided to go first.

Deployment :

PoM :

Thanks to Creator’s Might theme, Judicator started game with Fortify on himself.
Amon started with Synergy.

Amon cast Mobility and came forward.
Whole army ran as fas as possible – even Choir.

Mercenaries :

Robert’s army is really close..
Ossrum cast Snipe on Kell and Fire for Effect on Artillery Corps.
After that, he came to safe place (more than 17″ from Judicator’s sprays range).
All my heavies ran forward, but stayed outside of PoM charge ranges.
On the right flank, Artillery Corps made some serious dmg to Dervish.
Also, Eiryss hit him with Disruptor Bolt.

After 1st round :

PoM :

Amon cast Mobility.
Left Choir said Battle.
Redeemer + Judicator easily shot Driller.
Devout ran to the middle zone.
Covenant of Menoth came forward and said “no spell casting in my cmd”.
On the right flank, “wounded” Dervish came to contest the zone.

Mercenaries :

Choir said Battle..
Which means, I can shoot at Judicator, great!
Let’s try to destroy him.
Firstly, Blasters and Eliminator killed Covenant of Menoth.
Ossrum cast Energizer, Snipe on Gorman and stayed more than 17″ from Judicator.
He also said FEAT.
Gorman threw Rust grenade at Judicator and.. missed!!
Yes, he rolled double “1”.
AoE deviates 5″ away..
Great start, now I have no chance to destroy this Judicator.
Kell and Artilleries shot at Colossus, dealing some dmg to him.
Anastasia came from Ambush and killed one Choir member.
On the right flank, Eliminators finished Dervish in the zone.
Driller hid behind the forest.
Eiryss hit Crusader with Disruptor Bolt.
Basher slammed away Dervish, who hit the Wrack causing explosion.
It killed Hierophant and three Choir members!
Best slam ever.

1-0 for me

After 2nd round :

PoM :

Amon said FEAT and cast Mobility.
He spend rest of his focus attacking Basher.
Devout and Warder finished him.
Redeemer took care of objective.
Judicator charged at Blaster and killed him.
He also smashed poor Gorman.
Right Crusader (disrupted one) came to contest right zone.
He also did some dmg to Driller.

Mercenaries :

Ossrum just ran away from Judicator.
Driller and Eliminators took care of Crusader in the right zone.
Ragman hid behind right building.
Eiryss hit Crusader with Disruptor Bolt.
Also, two Forge Guards charged him and slammed away.
Eliminators scored a point in right zone.
Also, I managed to finish the objective.

3-1 for me

After 3rd round :

PoM :

Robert killed few models around Judicator.
Amon cast Mobility.
Judicator charged at Forge Guard, killing two of them.
He also did a lot of dmg to Driller.
But the most important – he contested the right zone.

Mercenaries :

Now, it’s all about Judicator.
I started with Ragman, who came closer and used Death Field.
Two Artilleries and Eiryss shot at Judicator, dealing few dmg to him.
Also, Kayazy Eliminators (Gang, Death Field and Combo Strike = pow 17) did a lot of dmg.
Six Forge Guards charged and it was enough to destroy Judicator.

After this, we ended the game.
We both agreed, it is impossible for PoM to win this game now.

The End :

Afterthoughts :

Judicator under Amon is crazy.
SPD 7, ARM 21, melee power 26!
Which means 12″ charge range, but it wasn’t the worst..
The worst is 17″ sprays range.
It is very difficult to play against such a fast monster.

All in all, I’m really happy with my list.
Everything works as it should.
This time, Ragman won this game for me.
It could be Gorman, but he decided to miss Judictor in the key turn.
But, it’s nothing new that Gorman missed an important shot.
He did the same in the previous game
